Google Ads Audit
GOOGLE ADS SECOND OPINION - AED 950
Google Ads Audit Built on the Budget Leak Framework
Most Google Ads accounts don't fail outright. They leak: a little budget on the wrong searches, a little on clicks that never become calls, and a monthly report that can't tell you which is which. This audit checks your account for the three leaks that cost businesses in Dubai, Riyadh, and across the GCC the most money. You get a written report and a ranked fix list within three working days, for AED 950.
The Budget Leak Framework
An account can show a healthy click-through rate and a steady cost per click while the business behind it gets fewer enquiries every month. The numbers look fine because they measure the wrong things. This audit checks three leaks in order, because each one hides the next.
Tracking Leak
Whether the account knows what a real lead is. We check conversion actions in Google Ads and GA4, the Google Tag Manager setup, and whether phone calls, WhatsApp clicks, and form submissions are counted once, counted twice, or not at all. When tracking is wrong, Smart Bidding optimizes toward the wrong goal, and every other number in the account inherits the error.
Targeting Leak
Whether you’re paying for the right searches and the right people. We review search terms, match types, negative keywords, location and language settings, and how Performance Max spends when nobody is watching. Accounts in the UAE and Saudi Arabia regularly pay for clicks from outside their service area, from job seekers, and from people searching for a competitor by name.
Conversion Leak
Whether the click turns into an enquiry. We check how well each ad matches its landing page, mobile page speed, the offer itself, and how easy it is to call you or message you on WhatsApp. A good campaign sending traffic to a slow or generic page pays full price for a visitor who leaves.
Your report scores each leak and shows where the wasted budget is going, so you know what to fix first.
Who This Audit Is For
Businesses spending on Google Ads without being sure it’s working. Most of our client work is in healthcare, wellness, and professional services across the UAE and the GCC, and we also audit accounts advertising internationally.
- Clinics in Dubai and Abu Dhabi paying more per click for treatment searches while bookings stay flat
- Businesses in Riyadh, Jeddah, or Doha running campaigns an agency set up and nobody has reviewed since
- Owners who get a monthly agency report full of clicks and impressions but no clear number of leads
- Accounts where Performance Max took over the budget and results became harder to explain
- Companies about to raise their ad budget or switch agencies that want an independent view first
- In-house marketers managing the account alone who want a second pair of eyes
The report is independent of whoever runs your account today, including your own team. It says what the account shows.
What You Get for AED 950
A written report within three working days of receiving read-only access to your Google Ads account, plus GA4 if you use it. Every finding says what’s wrong, what it costs, and what to change.
- A score for each of the three leaks: Tracking, Targeting, and Conversion
- The search terms and placements that spent money without producing a lead
- A check of every conversion action, with anything miscounted flagged
- A review of your main landing pages on mobile
- One fix list, ranked by how much budget each fix saves or recovers
- An optional call to walk through the findings
The report is yours to keep. Hand it to your agency or in-house team if you prefer, and there’s no obligation to continue with us.
Pricing and What Comes Next
The audit stands on its own. When the findings point to more work, there are two larger steps, and whatever you’ve already paid comes off the next one. Ad spend is paid directly to Google and isn’t included in any of these fees.
- Google Ads Audit: AED 950. The second opinion described above, delivered in three working days.
- Account Setup or Fix: AED 3,850, one-time. We rebuild tracking, restructure campaigns, and correct what the audit found, or set up a new account properly from the start.
- Full Account Management: AED 7,500 for the first quarter, then AED 4,500 per quarter. The first quarter includes rebuilding the account. After that, we run it and report each month against targets agreed at the start. Larger budgets are quoted separately.
Every fee counts toward the next step. Move to Account Setup or Fix within 14 days of your audit and the AED 950 comes off, so it costs AED 2,900. Start Full Account Management within 30 days of the setup and everything you’ve paid so far comes off the first quarter, bringing it to AED 3,650. The audit credit also applies if you go straight to management within 30 days of your audit.
Teams that would rather run their own campaigns can book the Google Ads course instead.
Where Google Ads Budgets Actually Go
Most wasted spend never shows up as an error. The campaigns run, the clicks come in, and the account looks busy.
- Location targeting defaults to “presence or interest.” That setting shows ads to people who have only searched about your area, so a Dubai clinic can pay for clicks from people researching Dubai from abroad.
- Broad match reaches far beyond the keyword. Google uses your landing page content and past searches to decide what counts as a match, and accounts pay for searches only loosely related to what they sell.
- Performance Max decides where your budget goes across Search, YouTube, Display, Maps, and Gmail. Without exclusions and well-built asset groups, much of it lands in placements that rarely produce leads.
- Auto-applied recommendations can change your account without you. When they’re switched on, Google can add keywords, change bidding, and rewrite ads on its own.
- Phone calls and WhatsApp clicks need their own conversion setup. Without it, the channels GCC customers use most show up as zero, and Smart Bidding treats your best traffic as worthless.
The audit checks each of these settings against how your business actually gets customers.
