CEO Digital Growth Review
FOR FOUNDERS AND CEOs · ONE 3-HOUR SESSION
An Honest Read on Your Digital Growth, Before You Spend More
Most reviews of your marketing come from someone selling the fix. This one doesn't. We study your website, SEO, Google Ads, AI visibility, and analytics before we meet, then spend three hours with you going through what's working, what's wasting money, and what to do over the next 12 months. For business owners and leadership teams in Dubai, Riyadh, and across the GCC. From AED 4,850.
The Problem
The people closest to your marketing all have a reason to tell you it’s going fine. That leaves the person who signs off the budget making decisions from reports built to reassure.
Every advisor is selling something
Your agency wants the retainer renewed. A new agency wants to replace them. Software vendors want the next subscription. Very few people look at the whole picture with nothing to sell at the end.
Each channel reports on itself
SEO, Google Ads, social, and the website are often run by different people, each with their own report. Nobody puts them side by side to ask which one is actually bringing in customers.
AI search changed the rules quietly
Customers now ask ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews for recommendations before they ever visit a website. Most leadership teams don’t yet know whether their business shows up in those answers at all.
The review gives you one independent view across every channel, and a plan you can hand to whoever does the work.
What We Review
The preparation happens before the session, so the three hours go on decisions, not discovery. You give us read-only access, and we review:
- Your website: structure, speed, service pages, and how easy it is to contact you
- Search visibility: where you rank for the services that bring in revenue, in English and Arabic
- Google Ads: where the budget goes, what it produces, and what the tracking actually counts
- AI visibility: whether ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews mention you when customers ask for a recommendation
- Google Business Profile and reviews, compared with your main competitors
- Social channels: whether they bring in enquiries or only activity
- Analytics: whether the numbers you receive can be trusted
- Your conversion path: what happens between a first click and a phone call, WhatsApp message, or booking
We also look at three to five competitors you name, so every finding comes with a point of comparison.
What You Leave With
The session ends with decisions, and the written blueprint follows within five working days. It’s written for the person who runs the business, not for a marketing specialist..
- A clear verdict on each channel: keep, fix, cut, or start
- Where your current budget is working and where it isn’t
- The three priorities for the next 90 days, in order
- A 12-month plan with rough budgets for each channel
- What to do in-house, what to hire for, and what to outsource
- Questions to ask your current agency, with the answers you should expect
- A short list of numbers to check each month, so you can follow progress without a full report
The blueprint is yours. Hand it to your team, your agency, or a new hire, and there’s no obligation to work with us afterward.
Fee and Format
One fixed fee, agreed before we start. The price depends on how much there is to review.
- Single business: AED 4,850. One brand, one website, one main market.
- Larger businesses: up to AED 7,500. Several brands, locations, or countries, or a leadership team of more than two people in the session.
The session runs for three hours, in person at your office in Dubai or online for leaders in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the wider GCC. If you’d rather have your team build the plan with expert help, the 90-Day Guided Growth Program is the next step. If you’d rather hand the work over, we can take it on through our SEO and Google Ads services.
Who It’s For
The review is for decision-makers, not marketing teams. Most of the leaders we work with run healthcare, wellness, and professional services businesses across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the GCC.
- Owners spending on marketing without a clear return. You pay an agency every month and can’t say what it brings in.
- CEOs about to make a big marketing decision. A new agency, a website rebuild, a bigger ad budget, or a first marketing hire.
- Founders who grew on referrals. The business is established, but new customers now search online first and you’re not sure what they find.
- Leadership teams expanding into a new market. Moving from Dubai into Riyadh, Doha, or another GCC city, and wanting to know what works there before spending.
- Clinic owners and medical directors. Balancing patient trust, DHA or DOH rules, and competitors who seem to appear everywhere online.
If you already know what’s wrong and just need it fixed, a fixed-fee SEO or Google Ads audit is the faster route.

Frequently Asked Questions
An audit goes deep into one channel for the person who manages it. The CEO review covers every channel at once, for the person who decides the budget, and ends with a 12-month plan instead of a technical fix list.
Read-only access to Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Search Console if you have them, your website address, and the names of three to five competitors. We’ll send a short checklist when you book.
The owner or CEO, plus anyone who makes marketing decisions with you. Your marketing lead is welcome, but the session is written for leadership.
Either. We come to your office in Dubai, or run it online for leaders in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and across the GCC.

Only if the numbers say so. Many reviews end with the current agency staying, with clearer targets and better questions to ask them.
That’s one of the most common findings. We review what exists, and fixing the tracking usually becomes one of the first 90-day priorities.
You keep the blueprint and decide. Some leaders hand it to their team, some use it to brief an agency, and some continue with us through the 90-Day Program or a Growth Partner arrangement.
