Technical SEO for Websites Google Can't Fully Read
Good content earns nothing if Google can't crawl it, render it, or decide which version to show. Technical problems rarely appear as errors on screen. They show up months later as missing pages, an Arabic page served to English searchers, or traffic that halved after a redesign.
We find those problems on sites across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, and the wider GCC, then fix them in the order of what they cost you.
The Four Checkpoints
Google processes every page in the same order. A page that fails one checkpoint goes no further, so we check them in that order too.
Crawl
Can Googlebot reach the page? We check robots.txt, server responses, redirect chains, internal links, and XML sitemaps.
Render
Can Google see what a visitor sees? We test pages built with JavaScript, content that loads on scroll, and mobile layouts.
Index
Did Google decide to keep the page? We review canonical tags, noindex rules, thin and duplicate pages, and the Page Indexing report in Search Console.
Understand
Does Google know what the page covers and who stands behind it? Schema markup, clean headings, and consistent business details answer that, and they help ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity identify your business too.
Most audits start with page speed. Speed matters, but a fast page that never gets indexed brings in nobody.
What You See vs. What’s Actually Broken
The symptom and the cause sit in different places. These are the complaints we hear most, and what we find behind them.
- “Our new pages aren’t on Google.” A noindex tag left over from staging, a sitemap that skips them, or no internal links pointing to them.
- “Traffic dropped after the redesign.” Old URLs were changed without redirects, so years of ranking history disappeared on launch day.
- “Google shows our Arabic page to English searchers.” Hreflang tags are missing or broken, which leaves Google guessing which language to serve.
- “The site feels slow on phones.” Heavy images, scripts that block loading, and layouts that jump around, all measured by Core Web Vitals on real mobile visits.
- “Search Console keeps flagging duplicate pages.” Filters, tracking parameters, and old page versions are creating copies that compete with each other.
- “ChatGPT and Perplexity never mention us.” AI crawlers are blocked in robots.txt or by a hosting security setting, so those tools can’t read the site at all.
The audit traces each symptom to its cause before a single fix goes in..
Website Migration Without the Traffic Drop
Redesigns, new domains, and platform switches cause the biggest single traffic losses we see. SEO usually joins the project after the design is approved, when the costly mistakes are already built in. Migration support is part of our standard SEO plans, and it’s also available on its own.
- Before launch: A full inventory of current URLs, ranked by traffic, links, and inquiries, and a redirect map from every old URL to its closest new match.
- Staging review: The new site checked for noindex tags, missing titles, and broken schema before anything goes live.
- Launch day: Redirects tested in bulk, the new sitemap submitted, and key pages inspected live in Search Console.
- Tracking: Calls, WhatsApp clicks, and form submissions confirmed in GA4 on the new site.
- After launch: Crawl errors and indexing checked daily for the first weeks. Any page that loses rankings gets fixed instead of being left to recover by itself.
If your designers are already building the new site, send us the staging link before launch day. That still leaves time to catch the expensive mistakes.
What We Fix
Every fix is raned by impact, so the problems costing you the most get resolved first.
- Clean XML sitemaps and robots.txt rules that block what they should and nothing else
- Core Web Vitals fixed at the template level, so every page benefits
- Schema markup for your organization, services, articles, and authors, matched to what each page shows
- Hreflang tags for Arabic and English, so searchers in Dubai, Riyadh, and Doha land on the right version
- Internal links that send authority to your service pages instead of your privacy policy
- Redirect chains and loops removed, and broken pages that still have links pointed to the right place
- AI crawler access checked, so ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity can read your public pages
- JavaScript content and links checked against what Google actually renders.
You also get written SEO notes for your developers, so the same problems don’t return with the next update. The work is the same whether your customers are in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, or Kuwait.
How to Start
Technical SEO is part of every standard SEO plan. Most clients start with the audit, which includes the full technical check on this page.
- SEO Audit: AED 950. A written report and a ranked fix list in two working days.
- Detailed SEO Strategy: AED 4,850, one-time. A 12-month plan, with two guidance sessions for your team or developer.
- Full Implementation: AED 16,500 for the first quarter, then AED 10,500 per quarter. We carry out the fixes and report every month.
For technical work or migration support on its own, send your website and launch date on WhatsApp and we’ll quote it separately. Credit terms between steps are on the SEO Audit page, and the way engagements run is on our SEO consulting page.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. New sites carry their own problems: staging settings left on, no redirects from the old site, and themes that load scripts Google struggles to render. The risk comes from launches nobody checked, not from the age of the site.
Indexing fixes can appear in Search Console within days, once Google recrawls the pages. Ranking recovery after a bad migration takes longer, sometimes several weeks, depending on how often Google visits the site.
Yes. Most technical work arrives as a ranked fix list with clear notes your developer can act on, and we review their changes before they go live.

It’s where AI visibility starts. AI tools can only cite pages they can reach and understand, so crawler access, clean structure, and schema come first. The rest is on our AI search visibility page.
