BUILT AROUND HOW PATIENTS SEARCH
Healthcare Marketing for Clinics, Hospitals and Doctors
A patient looking for a dermatologist in Jumeirah or a pediatric cardiologist in Abu Dhabi is not shopping around. They are worried, they have a few minutes, and they will book with whoever looks most trustworthy in that window.
We plan SEO, Google Ads, AI search visibility and content for healthcare providers across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC, inside the advertising rules that apply to medical facilities.
Why Healthcare Marketing Works Differently
A restaurant can win a customer with a discount. A clinic cannot, and in Dubai it is not allowed to try. Patients decide on trust, and they look for it in places most marketing plans ignore.
- The doctor’s profile page carries more weight than the clinic’s homepage
- Patients read Google reviews for how the clinic answers complaints, not only for the star rating
- A missing phone number or a slow WhatsApp reply ends the booking, however good the ad was
- Patients now ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity which clinic to visit, and those answers draw on what other sites say about you
Every channel we manage is built to answer the question a patient asks quietly before booking: can I trust this place with my health?
The Four Moments of a Patient Search
Most clinics advertise to one of these moments. Patients pass through all four before they book.
Worry
Searches about symptoms and conditions. Patients want an explanation before they want a clinic, and medically reviewed content earns their attention here.
Shortlist
Searches like “dentist in Al Barsha” or “fertility clinic Abu Dhabi”. Google Maps, local results and search ads decide who makes the list.
Verify
Doctor profiles, credentials, reviews and what AI assistants say about you. This is where most bookings are lost.
Book
A call, a WhatsApp message or a form. Every route has to work on a phone, and every booking has to be traced back to the search that produced it.
Marketing Inside the UAE’s Medical Advertising Rules
Healthcare advertising in the UAE is regulated, and the rules tightened in 2026. The Dubai Health Authority’s standards for medical advertising on social media ban absolute and exaggerated claims and fear-based messages, and they require the medical director to approve any post that names the facility. Depending on the emirate and the channel, an advertisement may also need approval from the Ministry of Health and Prevention, the Department of Health in Abu Dhabi, or a free zone health regulator.
- No “best”, “100%”, “guaranteed” or “no side effects” in any ad, page or post we write
- No patient photos or stories without written consent
- Content that names your facility goes to your medical director for sign-off before it goes live
- Google Ads campaigns planned around Google’s own healthcare policies, which restrict ads for prescription medicines and some treatments
We write within these rules and flag anything that needs approval early, so a campaign never stalls at launch. The approval itself stays with your facility.
What We Do for Healthcare Providers
The work follows the same discipline as our SEO and Google Ads services, adjusted for how patients search and what regulators allow.
- Local SEO for every branch: Google Business Profile categories, services and review replies
- Doctor and specialty pages that show real credentials and experience
- AI search visibility, so ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews describe your clinic accurately
- Google Ads for high-intent treatments, with calls and WhatsApp bookings tracked as conversions
- Healthcare content and physician profiles written by Ahmer Ahmed, our healthcare writer
Each piece is measured against one number: the appointments your front desk actually records.
Who This Work Suits
Size changes the plan more than specialty does. A single-doctor practice on Al Wasl Road needs a different setup from a healthcare group with branches in Dubai, Sharjah and Riyadh.
- Single-specialty clinics: dental, dermatology, aesthetics, physiotherapy, mental health and pediatrics
- Multi-branch medical centers that need each location found in its own area
- Hospitals and healthcare groups across the UAE and Saudi Arabia
- Doctors building a practice or a professional reputation of their own
- Wellness centers that work alongside medical teams
SEO work covers the GCC. Google Ads management and training are open to healthcare providers in other countries too.
Training for Doctors and Clinic Teams
Some clinics want to run their own marketing with expert direction. Others want their doctors to use AI with confidence in daily work. Najam Ahmed teaches both, drawing on 27 years in digital marketing and 17 years working with UAE businesses.
- AI Workshop for Doctors: one day at JW Marriott Dubai Marina, online over Google Meet, or as a private session
- Digital Marketing Course for Doctors and Healthcare Providers: private sessions only, in-house or online
- 90-Day Guided Growth Program for clinic teams who do the marketing work themselves
Private sessions run on dates that suit your clinic, at your premises in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, or online.
Where to Start
Most healthcare clients begin with one fixed-fee audit. It shows what is working, what is leaking, and what to fix first.
- Do It For Me: an SEO Audit or Google Ads Audit, AED 950 each, with the fee credited toward the next stage
- Do It With Me: the 90-Day Guided Growth Program, with your team doing the work and Najam directing it
- Teach My Team: AI and digital marketing training for doctors and clinic staff
Send your clinic’s website and the specialties you want more patients for. Najam replies personally within 24 hours.

Frequently Asked Questions
No. Our office is in Dubai Marina, and we work with healthcare providers in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. SEO consulting covers the GCC. Google Ads management and training are available to providers elsewhere as well.
Approvals are applied for by the licensed facility, so that step stays with you. We write ads, pages and posts to meet the published standards, flag anything that needs approval before launch, and revise the copy if the regulator asks for changes.
No one can, and a promise like that should worry you. We control the work that shapes rankings and AI answers: your pages, your Business Profile, your reviews and what credible sites say about your clinic.
Google Ads can bring calls and WhatsApp inquiries within the first weeks, once tracking is in place. SEO and AI visibility build over months. The audit shows which channel will move first for your clinic.
Ahmer Ahmed, our healthcare writer, who writes physician profiles and patient pages for clinics and hospitals in the GCC. Every clinical page goes to your doctor for review before it is published.
Yes, with care. Patient photos and stories need written consent, and any statement about results has to stay factual. We help you ask for Google reviews properly and reply to them without exposing patient details.
