SEO Audit
SEO AUDIT · AED 950
SEO Audit Built on the Visibility Gap Framework
A technical checklist finds broken pages. It won't explain why a healthy site still loses to competitors in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, or anywhere else you compete. This audit checks three layers: the Foundation Gap, the Relevance Gap, and the Trust Gap. You get a written report and a ranked fix list within two working days, for AED 950.
The Visibility Gap Framework
Most audits stop at the code. A site can pass every technical check and still lose leads, because Google and AI assistants judge far more than whether a page loads. This audit looks for gaps in three layers, and the order matters: fixing one layer is wasted effort if the layer beneath it is broken.
Foundation Gap
Whether Google can find, load, and understand your pages at all. We check crawling and indexing, Core Web Vitals, mobile rendering, site structure, and schema. This is where technical SEO lives, and most audits treat it as the whole job.
Relevance Gap
Whether your pages answer what buyers are actually searching for. We compare your content against the searches your customers run in Dubai, Riyadh, and Doha, in English and Arabic, and against the competitors ranking above you. We also check whether Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT can quote your content, and whether your YouTube presence supports your site or is missing entirely.
Trust Gap
Whether Google, AI tools, and your visitors believe a real, qualified business stands behind the site. We review author credentials, your Google Business Profile and reviews, and the outside mentions that confirm who you are. For clinics, that includes whether DHA or DOH licensing and named doctors are visible where patients look for them.
Your report scores each gap and ranks the fixes by impact, so you know what to do first and what can wait.
Who This Audit Is For
Businesses whose website should be bringing in customers and isn’t, whether the cause is technical, content, or credibility. Most of our client work is in healthcare, wellness, and professional services across the UAE and the GCC, so that’s where the audit goes deepest.
Clinics and healthcare providers in Dubai and Abu Dhabi whose competitors show up first for the treatments they offer
Professional services firms in Riyadh, Jeddah, or Doha with a strong reputation offline and very little visibility online
Businesses that lost traffic after a Google update and can’t tell why
Companies running an Arabic and English site where one language ranks and the other doesn’t
Brands that don’t come up when customers ask ChatGPT or Google AI Overviews for a recommendation
Marketing teams that need an outside view before committing budget to an agency or a redesign
Anyone about to redesign a site or hire an agency should see this report first. It shows what actually needs fixing before money goes into either.
What You Get for AED 950
A written report within two working days. It’s written for the person who has to act on it, so every finding says what’s wrong, why it matters, and what to do about it.
A score for each of the three gaps: Foundation, Relevance, and Trust
One fix list for the whole site, ranked by impact rather than grouped by category
Page-level findings with screenshots, so your developer or agency can start work without a briefing meeting
A check of how ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews answer questions about your service in your city
A comparison against three to five competitors you actually lose business to
A check on whether calls, WhatsApp clicks, and form submissions are being tracked
An optional call to walk through the findings
The report is yours to keep. Plenty of businesses hand it straight to an in-house team or another agency, and there’s no obligation to continue with us.
Pricing and What Comes Next
The audit stands on its own. When the findings point to more work, there are two larger steps, and whatever you’ve already paid comes off the next one.
SEO Audit: AED 950. The report described above, delivered in two working days.
Detailed SEO Strategy: AED 4,850, one-time. A 12-month plan built from your audit findings, with two guidance sessions while your team or agency carries it out.
Full Implementation: AED 16,500 for the first quarter, then AED 10,500 per quarter. We carry out the plan ourselves and report each month against targets agreed at the start.
Every fee counts toward the next step. Move to the Detailed Strategy within 14 days of your audit and the AED 950 comes off, so the strategy costs AED 3,900. Start Full Implementation within 30 days of your strategy and everything you’ve paid so far comes off the first quarter, bringing it to AED 11,650. The audit credit also applies if you go straight to implementation within 30 days of your audit.
Teams that would rather run SEO themselves can book in-house SEO training instead.
Problems That Never Show Up in Your Reports
Most visibility problems stay hidden until someone goes looking. Traffic drifts down, inquiries get quieter, and nothing in the monthly report explains why.
- 96.55% of pages get no organic traffic from Google, according to Ahrefs research. The most common causes were a lack of backlinks and content aimed at topics nobody searches for, so the problem sits in relevance and trust as much as in the code.
- Googlebot doesn’t crawl every page equally. On large or poorly linked sites, important pages can go weeks between visits while thin and duplicate pages use up the crawl.
- Over 67% of domains using hreflang have implementation errors, per Ahrefs. For GCC sites running English and Arabic side by side, one broken tag can show the wrong language version to the wrong searcher.
- AI Overviews and ChatGPT favor pages they can attribute. A page with no named author, no credentials, and business details that don’t match your Google Business Profile gives them little reason to quote you.
- Map results sit above website results for most local searches in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. An incomplete or unreviewed Google Business Profile loses those customers before they ever reach your site.
None of these ever shows up as an error message. The audit checks for all of them.

Frequently Asked Questions
Your site brings in fewer inquiries than it used to, competitors show up above you for your own services, or you’re about to spend money on a redesign or a new agency. Any one of those is reason enough. A well-designed site can still have content and credibility gaps that a design review won’t catch.
Two working days for most service business websites. Large ecommerce sites with thousands of pages take longer, and we’ll tell you the timeline before you book.
Yes, through Full Implementation, where we carry out the plan and report monthly against agreed targets. You can also hand the report to your own developer or agency, or choose the Detailed SEO Strategy and have your team do the work with our guidance.
Yes. Speed and Core Web Vitals are part of the Foundation Gap review. They’re reported alongside the content and trust findings, because a fast site with thin content still won’t win the inquiry.
Yes. We audit English, Arabic, and bilingual sites across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider GCC. That covers the hreflang setup and whether each language version matches how people actually search, since Arabic and English searchers describe the same service in different terms.
The audit is a one-time, fixed-fee report. Some clients stop there. Others move on to the Detailed SEO Strategy within 14 days or Full Implementation within 30 days, and the audit fee is credited toward either.
Tools like Semrush and Screaming Frog list issues. They can’t tell you which ones matter most for your business, whether your content answers what your buyers search for, or whether your credentials hold up. The audit starts where those reports stop.
Yes. We compare what changed on your site and in the search results around the update date, then identify which gap the drop came from. Most core update losses trace back to content and trust rather than code, so that’s where the fix usually starts.
