LOCAL SEO
Local SEO for Businesses Customers Visit in Person
Someone searches "dentist near me" in Al Barsha or "furniture showroom Riyadh" and chooses from the map before scrolling to a single website. The three businesses shown there get the first look and the first chance at the call.
We build that visibility for clinics, salons, restaurants, showrooms, and service businesses across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Riyadh, Jeddah, Doha, and the wider GCC.
What Google Weighs in Map Results
Google names three factors for local rankings in its own Business Profile guidelines. We work on each one.
Relevance
How closely your profile matches the search. We set the right categories, write services and descriptions in the words customers use in English and Arabic, and connect each service to a page on your site.
Distance
How close you are to the searcher, or to the area they type. Your location can’t move, but an accurate pin, defined service areas, and pages for the cities you cover tell Google exactly where you work.
Prominence
How well known your business is. Reviews, mentions on trusted sites, local directories, and the strength of your website all count. We build these steadily, with no fake reviews and no purchased listings.
Distance is the one factor nobody controls. When competitors sit on the same street, relevance and prominence decide who shows first.
The First Ten Seconds of a Local Search
A local search runs through the same few steps every time. At each one, a customer can pick a competitor instead of you
- The map appears. Google shows three businesses on a map above the regular results. If you aren’t one of them, you’re a tap further away than everyone who is.
- Photos and reviews get compared. Star rating, review count, recent photos, and opening hours are judged in a glance. A profile with eight reviews from 2022 loses to one with sixty from this year.
- The tap. Call, WhatsApp, directions, or website. Many customers here call or message straight from the profile and never open your site, so those inquiries only count if your tracking can see them.
- The website check. Customers who click through expect the same name, address, hours, and services they just saw on the map. Anything that doesn’t match makes them hesitate.
Local SEO works on all four steps, not only the ranking.
Local SEO for Every Kind of Business
The basics stay the same, but what wins the map changes from one kind of business to the next.
- Clinics and medical centers: Doctor profiles, treatment categories, and review practices that stay within DHA and DOH advertising rules.
- Salons and spas: Current photos, booking links, and service menus. Customers in this category choose with their eyes first.
- Restaurants and cafés: Menus, special hours for Ramadan and public holidays, and a steady flow of recent reviews.
- Showrooms and retail: Product categories, regular posts, and directions that work inside malls and business districts, where a map pin can easily land at the wrong entrance.
- Service-area businesses: Movers, cleaners, and maintenance companies without a shopfront, set up with service areas instead of an address customers would visit.
- Professional offices: Law firms, consultants, and agencies in DIFC, Business Bay, or JLT, where dozens of competitors share one tower and categories decide who appears.
If your type of business isn’t listed here, the same three ranking factors still apply.
More Than One Branch or City
Businesses with several locations, or one location serving several cities, run into problems a single shop never sees.
- One profile per branch: Each location verified separately, with its own phone number, hours, photos, and reviews, so your branches stop competing with each other.
- A page for each city or branch: Location pages for Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Doha, or wherever you operate, each with real local details instead of the same text with the city name swapped.
- Arabic and English names: Your business name, categories, and descriptions handled consistently in both languages, so a search in either one finds the same business.
- The same details everywhere: Name, address, and phone number matched across Google, Apple Maps, Bing, directories, and social profiles. Conflicting details lower Google’s confidence in where you are.
Businesses expanding from a UAE base into Saudi Arabia, Qatar, or Kuwait get each new location set up correctly from the first day.

- Detailed SEO Strategy: AED 4,850, one-time. A 12-month plan, with two guidance sessions for your team.
- Full Implementation: AED 16,500 for the first quarter, then AED 10,500 per quarter. We carry out the plan and report every month.
